Dartmoor w5 with york stone hearth
This has got to be one of the best wood burning stoves as it has such a big glass front its perfect to capture the best of the flames.This stove is called the Dartmoor W5, this stove can also come with a multi fuel feature.
Stovax Stockton 5 with oak effect beam
The stove is the popular Stovax Stockton 5 with a black limestone hearth and oak effect beam.This installation completed in Gillingham Kent. It's nice to come across a fireplace that didn't need any building works done.
The most important thing on this installation was to line the chimney, its so important to have the liner down the chimney to reduce risk of chimney fires and smoke leakages
Catalonia Medistone Fireplace
Installation: Stage 1- Was to disconnect gas fire which is completed by one of our gas safe engineers, once this was completed we assessed the situation and the structure.Stage 2- To install Stainless steel liner we got a fireplace made to measure. This fireplace is called the Catalonia Medistone. Slips inside the fireplace allow us to use vermiculite paneling (inside the stove) which can withstand heat up to a 1000 degrees.
Stage 3- To connect the Stovax Stockton 5 stove into position and commission.
Stovax Huntingdon 25
This installation carried out originally a hole in the wall where a gas fire once stood transformed into this.Stage 1- To open out the fireplace to reveal original opening, then remove all rubble.
Stage 2- Insert fire board inside the fireplace and lay brick hearth and columns.
Stage 3- Install stainless steel liner and all other materials.
Stage 4- To commission the stove and sign all work off.
