Here at the Stove & Fireplace Company, we offer a range of services to meet your needs. We are aware that everybody has different levels of experience.

Supply Only

At the Stove and Fireplace, we work very hard to ensure that you have the right level of service for you to complete your installation. This is why we offer a supply only service. We also give full advice on materials that you may need to improve your levels of enjoyment.

If you have seen a stove, wood burner, gas fire or fireplace on another website, but not on ours, we will ensure that we find it for you and bring it to you at our usual unbeatable price.

Installation

Here at The Stove and Fireplace, we pride ourselves on providing customers with the best installation service around. Because we’ve been doing it for years. Our team is experienced and highly qualified, and we have a committed team of fitters and surveyors to help you find the installation you need.
One of the best things about the team is their open and friendly nature. We have been doing this for some time, and we know that it can be quite confusing if you don’t know what you’re talking about. That’s why we have people who are trained to work well with the public and to share ideas and offer advice in a jargon-free, friendly atmosphere. Our customers love this, and it is one reason why they keep coming back year after year. They know that they get plain, transparent speaking on the topic of stoves and fireplace installation.

Repairs

It’s important to ensure that your stove, wood burner or fireplace product is looked after for many years to come. That’s why we work hard to bring you a repair service that is both friendly and incredibly experienced. We are particularly proud of our repairs service because all our customers say that we are friendly and approachable. It can be distressing when repairs are needed. We work hard to make sure you feel comfortable, that there is no technical jargon, and that you have a service that is simple and quick. Furthermore, we can only do that because of the many year’s experience we all have.
