Our team is experienced and also highly qualified, and we have a committed team of fitters and surveyors to help you find the installation you need.

One of the best things about the team is their open and friendly nature. We have been doing this for some time, and we know that it can be quite confusing if you don’t know what you’re talking about. That’s why we have people who are trained to work well with the public, and to share ideas and offer advice in a jargon free, friendly atmosphere. We are happy to take phone calls regarding installation and will spend as long as we need to discuss the issues around installation with you. What’s more, if you send an email enquiry about installation, we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can. That way, you know that you have a service that is thinking of your best interests. Installation is a big part of the process, and we treat it seriously.

It is at this point that we will give the advice to you, advice that is based on years of experience.

For example, it is important to be aware of the kilowatt output of the stoves, eco design ready and defra approved. Each stove is different in this regard, and we will help you through the process so you don’t feel lost when trying to choose a stove.

We will also show you photographs of previous work we have done so you can see the products we offer and how they fit into your home decor arrangement.

Mostly, we can provide a price during the visit. However, if things get a little complicated as the job progresses, we may have to give you a written estimate. This shouldn’t take more than 48 hours to make its way to you.

Once all has been arranged, we can then identify a date for the fitting to start. We’re happy to work around your own schedule and provide you with a date that best fits your needs and your lifestyle. There is nothing worse than people turning up on the wrong day, or people offering you days that just don’t work. We know you have a busy life, and we will do our very best to fit into that with our installation schedule.

The team comes to your property with all the materials they need and they are able to answer any questions you may have. Obviously, we cover all the furniture in the room where the work is going to happen. We also guarantee to tidy up after the work is done.

Things don’t stop there. When everything has been completed we will sweep your chimney yearly. For the first year we will bring you a special discount for sweeping the chimney, and for other maintenance aspects.
